Seller's Guide: Consignment Process
1. Online Valuation
Submit your item information and clear photos via our online form.
Receive a consignment price guide within 24 business hours.
All prices quoted are reference prices based on current market conditions, and the final selling price may vary.
2. Door-to-Door Pickup
After accepting the offer, we can arrange free insured door-to-door pickup (UK/USA/Australia).
We offer free shipping for international clients.
Items will be officially accepted only after we have authenticated them.
3. Authentication and Repair
Each item undergoes multiple verifications by our authentication team.
We offer free minor repair services to enhance the item's resale value (e.g., leather care, hardware polishing, etc.).
For extensive repairs, we will contact you to discuss your needs. If your item requires extensive repairs, we will charge a 5% repair fee. This fee will still apply if the item ultimately fails to sell.
4. Listing and Sales
All items are professionally photographed and accompanied by a detailed condition report.
We handle pricing, marketing, and customer inquiries.
Prices may be adjusted based on market response.
5. Payment
The seller will receive 85%-90% of the final selling price, depending on the item's value and category. 20% of the sale proceeds will be paid directly to you after the product is authenticated as genuine and once you confirm your consignment with CityCounter.
Payment will be made via secure bank transfer within 7 business days of transaction completion.
A detailed sales report is included with each payment.

No upfront fees are required from the seller.
Commission Rate: 10% of the final selling price.
Products requiring extensive repairs will be contacted for approval. If your product requires extensive repairs, we will charge a 5% repair fee. This fee will be charged additionally if the product ultimately fails to sell.
Products are listed for 90 days, unsold items can be returned or sold at a reduced price.
Insurance covers loss or damage during shipping and consignment.
